Secure Tightening – Optimize The Tightening of Your Prosthetic Constructions in Total Safety

The success of the implant treatment depends on the precise tightening of the parts placed directly on the implant. A pre-stressed tightening of the screw will help avoid any risk of screw loosening. Also, high tightening torques may lead to screw fracture.

A calibrated tightening can only be guaranteed through the use of a precision instrument offering a torque control system. The dynamometrical manual wrench TorqControl® has been specially designed by Anthogyr to meet those requirements.

Pre-stressed Assembling Technique
This technique optimizes the tightening of the fixing screw into the prosthetics parts. The torque value necessary to attain this tension is determined according to the elastic limits of the screw.

These values are supplied for information only. Please follow implant manufacturer's recommendations to select the appropriate torque value.

10 N.cm is the recommended torque to tighten cover screws and healing screws in the most difficult to reach areas.

The Adjustable Torque Wrench has been designed with 9 distinct torque settings. A simple twist of the handle locks in precision-engineered torque values guaranteeing accuracy and repeatability.

Tightening with the correct torque minimizes the risk of the implant screw working loose and improves precision during bridge fabrication. Exact torque control also reduces the risk for stress being built into the restoration and prevents component fractures.

Our right-angled driver makes it easy to place posterior screws in the mandible or maxilla. Because it's manually driven, there's no need to connect it to a handpiece. For maximum access and comfort, you can rotate the head to the exact angle you need. Most other drivers are fixed at a single angle, which makes them awkward to use. When you need a specific torque value, simply attach the appropriate pre-set torque adapter. (Adapters of 15 Ncm, 20 Ncm, 25 Ncm, 35 Ncm, 45 Ncm are available)

Bits for Right-Angled Drivers are compatible with all major implant systems. Use these bits with our right-angled driver or any standard latch-type contra-angle system. They're ideal for posterior abutments and cover screws in the mandible and maxilla.
