Shipping Rates and Delivery

• Returns: In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please call us immediately for a resolution. Special sales or fi nal sales items are not returnable. All returns require an authorization code (RMA#), please call for your authorization code. We can not accept returns without a RMA #. All returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received. No collect shipments will be accepted. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping we recommend you insure the products(s) for their full value.
• Payments: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Checks. Your credit card will be charged at time of shipment. If Cashiers checks are sent for payment of order, orders are shipped within (5) business days.
• Check or Fax Orders: Fax the order form to us at (949) 250-0197. If you are ordering via our website, please use the online order form and select payment by check. We will email you an order confirmation that you can mail with your check to us. We will email you shipping information upon shipment of your order.
• When will my product be shipped? Orders received prior to 3:00 pm PST will be processed and shipped the same day (weekend and holidays excluded).
• All orders received via the secured online order form, will receive (2) email confirmations concerning their order. The first email will be an email confirming items ordered and shipping information. The second email will be notification that the order has been shipped.
• Shipping charge and method : There is $15 shipping/ handling charge on orders within the 48 continental states; $25 shipping/handling charge on order to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. Packages are shipped either by Federal Express, UPS or U.S. Post Office priority with Mail Confirmation unless requested otherwise. Orders shipped within the U.S. usually are generally delivered within 3 to 6 business days. International customers must pay additional shipping costs. Shipments overseas are shipped U.S. Post Office registered air mail or Global Priority with arrival within 8 -12 business days from shipment. Do not count weekends or holidays. ● We also offer UPS 2nd-day Air for an additional $10.00 under 10 pounds on most orders. If you request 2nd Day Air and your order was placed before 3:00 pm PST, it will be shipped the same day, provided that items ordered are in stock. Orders received after 3:00 pm PST will be shipped the next business day. UPS 2nd-day Air shipment requests that are over 10 pounds will pay actual shipping cost plus handling fee.
• International Shipping Policy: International orders will be charged a minimum of $75. If the charges exceed this amount, your order will not be processed without prior approval of shipping charges from you. Orders are shipped via UPS, or Federal Express, or United States Postal Service. You will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of the shipping charges exceeding $75. All tariffs, duty and/ or broker fees are the responsibility of the customer. All additional charges and custom clearance are also the responsibility of the customer.
• Backorders: In the event that your items are not available at the time your order is shipped, a second shipment will be sent to you with no additional shipping charge. If the items do not become available within a reasonable amount of time, we will notify you.
• Changing an order: You may add or delete items to your order if you email us before 1:00 pm PST the same day. Email us at janet@osseoustech.com.
• Cancel an order: You may cancel your order if you email us before your order is shipped.
